All kinds of protein powder improve our health condition by a great extent. But one should realize that it is not healthy to be dependent on these protein supplements alone. Maintaining a healthy diet consisting of fruits and vegetables including a lot of water is a must. Excess of protein causes a lot of trouble to out liver and kidneys. So the consumption of protein should be of the right amount. Theoretically, it is said that for every pound of your body weight, one gram of protein should be taken every single day.
